Hello! My name is Shenequa, and I am a full-time, Licensed and Certified Transaction Coordinator serving agents throughout California.


I have always had a passion for helping people as well as a natural gift of being highly detail-oriented and loving systems and processes.  These talents led me into the real estate industry in 2001 as an executive assistant and agent on a top real estate team, and now I run a thriving transaction coordination business. My true passion is working with agents, helping them grow their businesses, and providing education along the way. I truly believe that "your success is my mission."


I am passionate about handling paperwork efficiently and effectively, making sure to be your second set of eyes throughout the entire transaction process. I meticulously review contracts and disclosures while ensuring our timeline stays on track. By taking care of the administrative tasks, I allow you to focus on generating more business, relieving you of the workload and stress associated with paperwork. I maintain regular communication with all parties involved in the transaction to ensure a seamless and timely closing.


In my free time, I  enjoy hiking, cooking, attending sporting events, and spending time with my  two daughters.
